01.  What is private gifting?  -TOP-
Private gifting is a concept embraced by private groups of consenting adults as individuals and has existed for many years. This private activity does not involve network marketing, multi-level marketing, or a kind of business nor commercial venture. There are no business transactions, investments and/or securities involved in this activity. There is no business or company name or location and there are no directors, officers, shareholders or principals. Private Individuals simply voluntarily support each other in a team concept which helps change participant’s lives.

The concept of private gifting is based upon the fact that both American and Canadian citizens have the Constitutional right to gift property, cash and other assets, and are subject to the rules and regulations established by the laws. The U.S. gifting rules are found in the IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511.

The law states that one or more individuals can give a gift to another individual of up to $13,000 each per calendar year without any tax liability to the receiver of the gift, because any taxes on the gift have already been paid. Per the Law, GIFTS, Donations, Pledges, contributions, etc., are not included in the gross income of the recipient. Also, see United States, IRS Publication 950.

02.  How did this concept begin?  -TOP-
Privately, giving gifts to one another has always been an expression of appreciation and kindness, which has been happening for centuries. Governments have allowed and supported this practice by allowing institutions and individuals to share their wealth with families, friends and others. It has always been a means of helping and blessing others on special occasions or when the need arises.

Many cultures gift as a matter of course. Asian, Jewish and South American communities give gifts to individuals within their culture on a regular basis so that they may start a business or buy a home. They in turn gift someone else to help enhance their lives. Habitat for Humanity is a great example of private giving. Everyone participates with their time, their talents and materials to build a home for someone else. Some participate with a hammer, some with nails, some with food and others with the monetary gifts to purchase the supplies, but all create a team that works together to bless someone's life.

03.  How does the gifting activity work?  -TOP-

Individuals share using a basic concept that "All things must be done in order" - the Universal Law of Sowing and Reaping - "when you give, you shall receive." This follows God's Law of Reciprocity. "Give and it shall be given unto you."
Participation in this activity is offered only by means of an exclusive one-to-one private invitation. When someone accepts the invitation, they move through a natural progression from the giving to the receiving stages of the activity. In this activity, there is no fixed hierarchy of individuals who have an advantageous position or unfair advantage over new participants.

04.  Who can participate?  -TOP-
As stated above, this is a private sharing group, and is offered only through an exclusive one-on-one invitation to consenting individuals over 18 years of age. You are invited to learn more about our activity and can choose to become part of something extraordinary.

05.  Is this a company?  -TOP-
This is NOT a commercial venture so there is no company - we are a team of individuals, and we give to one another and other teammates. We are not a business or an investment. There is no company that can withhold or misplace any gift. We are totally in charge of our own gifts and give directly one to another and work together voluntarily, for the betterment of the entire team.

06.  How can you give to a stranger?  -TOP-

How many times have you given to United Way, the Salvation Army and other charities? You don't know who got the gift, what stranger. The only difference here is that this person will start out as a stranger, but you will get to know them as part of the team, work with them and develop new friendships. We all have met some of the most wonderful people and have made a lot of new friends across the country and around the world. These people are caring and generous and they like team dynamics - these are people we want to meet and befriend.

07.  Is this a pyramid?  -TOP-

Definition: Pyramid – A system or structure which resembles a Pyramid, with an ever widening base. No, this is definitely not a pyramid nor a pyramid scheme. All pyramids are associated with a company or a business. We are not a company, nor a business, simply a private sharing club. There are no sales quotas, we do not sell positions and we do not have an ever-widening base with our system.  A pyramid only has 1 top position and never allows anyone coming in later to ever reach the top.

Here, everyone gives the same gifts, works together in a voluntary team dynamic and receives the same amount that they chose to receive as a gift/pledge. In a pyramid, only those at the top profit while those at the bottom never reach the top.

A pyramid is sometimes confused with "Network Marketing or Multi-Level Marketing". Although Network Marketing and Multi-Level Marketing are legal and viable sources of earning income, have you, or anyone you know, been able to start at the entry level, the bottom of the MLM company, and reach the top position in the company? NEVER!

So look at this very carefully… We are neither a networking company nor a pyramid scheme.

08.  Why would I want to participate?  -TOP-
Private Giving has changed countless lives for the better. People who were about to lose their cars and homes have been saved from financial ruin, college educations have been made possible, and nearly forgotten dreams have come true, all from one choosing to participate by giving once and receiving forever. Gifting is honestly the fastest way to generate cash

09.  Do I have to share this with family and friends?  -TOP-
No, absolutely not. This private activity directs you to the resources of like-minded individuals who understand, value, and want to participate to change their lives with this kind of activity.

10.  Can I do this part-time?  -TOP-
Yes, most people do. Many members easily work this activity around their existing schedule, because of the ingenious support and information systems. It's simply a matter of setting priorities and fitting this into your current lifestyle.

11.  Do I have to be a salesperson to do this program?  -TOP-

No. In fact we remind our members frequently that there is to be no selling, no solicitation, no pressure and no coercion. It is simply a matter of sharing what is in your heart, of sharing your own reasons for becoming a participant, and your own experiences. We hold live telephone Workshops to explain the system and answer questions for your Invitees, therefore you don't have to do any explaining.

12.  Is it legal?  -TOP-

Yes. Churches, civic groups, Governments and people from around the world have participated in organized giving for over 300 years. Laws state (U.S. gifting rules are found in the IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511.) that it is legal for individuals to give gifts to each other. In the United States we have the Preamble, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to protect a private citizen's rights to earn, pay taxes and give away property and cash as long as it is done according to the laws and codes of this country.

13.  Can I join at any receiving option to begin?  -TOP-
You can join at one or two receiving options or a combination of them all. Example: $2000 + $1000 + $500 for a total of $3,500. Or: $1000 + $500 for a total of $1,500.

14.  Is this structure considered a board or a matrix?  -TOP-
No. SPN uses a simple One-to-Infinity structure. This structure allows all participants to be in a receiving position immediately. It out performs ALL matrixes and boards and is a truly mathematically superior private leveraging system.
